Legislation

The department is  -  in the sense of Act No. 405/2011 Col. About phytosanitary care and about the change of Act National Council Slovak Republic (SR) No. 145/1995 Col. About administrative fees  as amended  in regulations – state authority for the supervision of inputs to agro-food chain in phytosanitary sphere. Legislative regulations, which regulate introduced problematics  and the registrations of plant protection products (PPP) are next:

• Act No. 387/2013 Col.. about auxiliary products in plant protection and about the change and completion of some acts.
• Regulation  of European Parliament and Council (ES) No. 1107/2009 about of introducing o PPP on the market.
• Regulation of commission (ES) No. 2076/2002 from 20. 11. 2002: special regulation to Government Regulation of SR No. 290/2004 Col.
• Regulation of government of SR No. 186/2012 Col.  about revaluation of  authorized PPP
• Notice of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) of SR  No. 477/2013, with which  carries out the law about auxiliary products in plant protection. 
• Notice of MARD of SR No. 163/2013,  which changes and amends the notice o MARD of SR No. 486/2011 Col., which states details about conditions, processes and terms  on application of regulations about tests of biological efficacy, about requests, principles of good experimental practice, audits and issuing of certificate, certificate extension or recertification
• Notice of MARD  of SR No. 117/2013, which changes  and amends the notice of MARD of SR No. 485/2011 Z. z., which states details about PPP.
